After wrecking my four wheeler last weekend, it's time to fix what's broken. I will have to say, looking at my 400ex sitting in the garage all broken up, makes me sad. Everyday I surf the web looking for the best price on the parts I'm in need of. All I can think of is fixing it up as fast as I can so I can ride. That's when I realized that fixing can be just as fun as riding, you may think that's weird, but I'm learning to become more mindful of my everyday actions. I've took a sense of compassion into repairing my quad, instead of just rushing through the process, I give what the quad needs, attention and thoroughness. This may sound silly, but this four wheeler is just a tool that's helping me slow down my tempo and just be with it, here and now.
